Economy

Preservation of the American Dream relies on an economy that allows anyone to succeed through hard work, determination, and perseverance. Unfortunately, due to reckless spending and overregulation by the last administration, inflation has caused the cost of living to skyrocket, eroded paychecks, and made it challenging for young people to start a family. In Congress, I am laser-focused on building an economy that uplifts all Americans, not one that merely provides ill-fated handouts that continue the cycle of poverty.
As a member of the House Ways and Means Committee, I am proud to have helped write and pass the Working Families Tax Cut. Without this action, the average taxpayer in our district would have been hit with a 27% tax hike. These pro-family and pro-growth policies will help grow the economy, boost wages, and allow you to keep more of your hard-earned money in your pocket.
