U.S. Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy of Winter Park, Fla., is hosting a series of “Coffee with Your Congresswoman” events in neighborhoods across Florida’s Seventh Congressional District. The neighborhood events offer opportunities for Murphy’s constituents to visit with her about issues important to them. In order to reduce wait times, constituents may sign up for one of three one-hour sessions. The events are open to all residents of Florida's Seventh Congressional District.
“One of the biggest problems with Washington is that elected officials don’t listen enough to the people they represent. That’s why these coffees are so important to me,” said Murphy. “I invite my constituents to join me—grab a cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and let’s talk about what’s important to you and your family. Altogether, we’ll have more than 18 hours of conversation across central Florida, and I’m looking forward to hearing from you.”
