Congressman Murphy’s Wife Undergoes Successful Back Surgery

Greenville, N.C. – Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D. (NC-03) released the following statement:

"My wife underwent a successful but extensive back surgery on Friday," said Murphy. "I thank everyone who has offered their thoughts and prayers for her during this time. At present for the foreseeable future, I will be in North Carolina caring for her. In the meantime, my offices in North Carolina and Washington, D.C. will be open, and I will be conducting business via telephone and email."
