Murphy Announces Winners of 2025 Third District Congressional Art Competition
Greenville, NC — Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D., has announced the winners of the 2025 Third District of North Carolina Congressional Art Competition. The Congressional Art Competition is an annual, nationwide event for high school students to showcase their artistic abilities. Each congressional district's winning piece of artwork is hung in the Cannon Tunnel to the Capitol in Washington, D.C.
This year’s theme for the competition was "Nature."
"Congratulations to Kaelin, Aiden, Aditi, Kiera, and the rest of this year's participants for submitting such exceptional and creative pieces of art," said Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D. "I am always very impressed by the talented students across our district who take part in this annual event. Thank you to our panel of judges and the Craven Arts Council and Gallery in New Bern."
