Murphy will serve as the Republican co-chair of the Congressional Academic Medicine Caucus (CAMC) for the 118^th Congress. Established in 2009, CAMC is a bipartisan group of lawmakers that promotes academic medicine in congressional policy discussions to ensure a healthier future for all Americans.

Greg Murphy, M.D. (NC-03), Mariannette Miller-Meeks, M.D. (IA-02), and Tom O'Halleran (AZ-01) introduced the Better Interoperability for Devices (BID) Act to require the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to review the interoperability, safety, and effectiveness of medical devices. The Great Medicare Heist

Washington, D.C.– Reps. Greg Murphy, M.D. (R-NC) and Michael C. Burgess, M.D. (R-TX) filed an amendment to H.R. 5376, the Democrats' Tax and Spend bill, that would allow drug manufacturers to send rebates directly to the government, thereby removing physicians from the middle of Medicare drug price-setting and ensuring patients still receive the lower price of a drug.

Washington, D.C.– Tonight, Rep. Greg Murphy, M.D. (NC-03) was proud to vote YES on a crucial bipartisan telehealth expansion package which passed the House by a vote of 416-12. Among many provisions, legislation included a measure to extend telehealth services for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) by two years.
